Harama Shouichi serves as the caretaker of Hanashima, an all-female island in the Otomehara Archipelago, and lives surrounded by its residents - starting with incredibly well-endowed mother and daughter duo of the Kowakame family. Blessed with children and leading a fulfilling life, he meets Mera Reika, a woman weighed down by heartbreak. Nyoninjima is an island that makes women happy. Unable to leave Reika be, weary-looking as she is, he invites her to Hanashima to help her recharge. Reika is extremely wary of Shouichi, who has impregnated women all over the island. But touched by the tranquil island life and the smiles of its inhabitants, she gradually opens up to him. Her former self slowly melts away. Watching the women happily having sex with Shouichi, her values begin to shift. Convinced that here, even she might find the happiness long since given up on, Reika - unaccustomed though she is - desperately tries to seduce Shouichi, and he comes to accept her.
