The protagonist of the story, who finds himself laying in the open of nowhere without his memories. Relatively studious, good at sports, and plays the violin, he seems to be able to do anything as he tries to rediscover himself at the mansion. His resourceful demeanor has net him the admiration of everyone in the mansion, but is this a good thing?

The older sister figure of the house. Takes care of the younger crowd when Michiru and Haina are busy. Also teaches math as a hobby (“Numbers speaks to her”). Cheerful, confident and a bit nosy most of the times, but spouts cryptic lines from time to time that puzzles Kai greatly…

The maid of the house. Humble, hardworking, somewhat clumsy and makes great tea, she is attentive to people’s feelings and a honest girl. Tends to have a low self-esteem, often lowering her head when talking to others. Her favorite pastime is cleaning the mansion.

The mysterious person amongst the whole mystery surrounding the mansion. Doesn’t come out of her room so the younglings think she is a vampire. She seems to still go for toilet breaks and eats her food (brought to her door by Haina) though.
