He was originally attending the Normal Department at Hakuou Academy as a first year student in High School, but with the sudden onset of magic powers, he's ended up attending the Magic Department. His specialty in magic is "Destruction." He's the estranged cousin to Aizawa Yuki, energetic, curious to a fault, impressionable and really sensitive about his short stature. Childhood friends to Tsukimura Shuuichiro, not afraid to take action, easily distracted and likes to speak his mind, even if it'll get him in trouble. Special Skill: Able to fall asleep at the drop of a hat, no matter the place. Type Preference: Someone adorable Personality: Proactive, and always strives to do his best. Aizawa Yuki is the younger cousin, and one grade below Makoto. Yuki grew up with Makoto under the same roof due to his parents' circumstances, and the two were practically raised like brothers from early on. Just after graduating from Elementary School, he couldn't control his magical abilities and entered the Magic Department ahead of Makoto. Yuki is also a childhood friend of Tsukimura Shuuichirou. He suddenly stopped all forms of contact with anyone related to his family when he was enrolled at Hakuou Academy. He is typically a quiet student who always performs his school work and does what is required of him, but never says anything more than single word replies--if he bothers to reply at all. He's quite frigid towards Makoto since being admitted to the dormitory, is prone to acting indignant, and can get quite sullen, especially when Makoto continues to dredge up the past. Special Skill: Piano Type Preference: Someone considerate Personality: Spoiled, and somewhat starved for affection. Appears meek and crybabyish at first glance, but has quite the backbone. Konno Yuusuke is Makoto's classmate in the Magic Department. He is reticent, curt, and doesn't seem to care about anything (or anyone) besides himself. Because of this, he often falls into many misunderstandings, though he possesses a gentle side. He tends to turn brusque when he gets embarrassed. Konno often looks bored with being there, especially when he seems to ace his magic classwork without even trying, and looks to be just going through the motions of attending. But he's careful to not let anyone into his personal bubble, choosing to keep everyone at arms-length, and seems to be just riding out his life at school, limiting his interactions with people. The one place all of the students of Hakuou Academy can seek respite from their long, hard days is the School Infirmary, where they can heal their weary souls with the gentle smile and serene atmosphere surrounding their School Nurse, Misaki Takashi. Misaki-sensei is almost always found in the infirmary during school hours, and you can never tell what he's thinking with the perpetual smile on his face. He takes care of the Dormitory in the role of the Housemaster at the same time, where he can tend to students after-hours. He also plays Counsellor for the students. He's calm and charming, yet also stern where he needs to be to make sure kids don't get hurt. Though, he seems to be a bit of an odd-ball at times, catching you off guard with an off-the-cuff remark. But, he always seems to know what students need to make them feel better. Special Skill: Massages Type Preference: Someone who you can't leave alone / Someone with a beautiful physique Personality: Calm and gentle "If I were someone who blurted out whatever I heard, wouldn't everyone be unable to relax here in the infirmary? The handsome, enigmatic, charismatic and jovial gentleman thief of our story, donning a characteristic silk hat, and cloak. The Mysterious Phantom Thief Jade has been plaguing the home belonging to the Chairman of Hakuou Academy for the last half a year, stealing only treasures containing his namesake. Because each of his thefts are marked by a flamboyantly entertaining performance, he has become quite well known around the academy, even gaining quite a large fanbase of admirers, yet no one has actually seen him up close in person. He tends to appear quite flashy, conceited, and doesn't seem to take things too seriously, despite being the resident cat-burglar. Though not much is known about him, what is known, is that he lives up to his creed; that there is nothing that cannot be stolen by him, and yes... even 'that'. "I imagine stealing this from you, would only add to my crimes."

Tsukimura Shuuichirou is Makoto and Yuki's childhood friend. He is one grade above Makoto, and often takes on the 'protective older brother' persona whenever he's around. Affectionately known as "Shuu-chan" by the two Aizawa's, they've known each other since they were kids. He loves basketball as much as Makoto, and he's the president of the Student Council, despite his outlandishly loud golden dyed hair. Yet everyone from teachers to his friends trust in him. Shuuichirou is very capable, and as the Student Council President, can be relied on when the going gets tough. He ends up being dragged into chasing after the phantom thief along with Makoto. Special Skill: Basketball Type Preference: Someone who he wants to protect (Thought of taking Makoto and Yuki as his brides when he was a kid) Personality: Capable, but moderately easygoing. Matsuyuki Kouji is the sole Chairman of Hakuou Academy. He also takes on the role of Headmaster to oversee it's day-to-day operations. The Chairman of Hakuou lives on a large estate that's connected to the academy, along with the student and teacher dormitories. He doesn't show himself around the school very often, but can be found on occasion in his Office in the academy. He's reputed to be a man of character, and maintains said image, despite being harassed by the phantom thief that's been hounding his home.
