Tatsuya was originally an aspiring painter training under Saki's mother but after accusations of plagarism, he was shaken to his core and ran away from the art world, becoming a social studies teacher instead. He currently has little motivation to produce artwork.He lives a simple, yet repetitive life - work, get food from the convenience store on his way home and then wash it down with alcohol in his bachelor pad. Tatsuya is described as strict but kind by the heroines and is actually surprisingly popular with female students at the school.

A third-year student whom is a published author specialising in historical fiction. She goes by the pen name Sakurazaka Chris so other students are unaware of her fame. Six months before the start of the game, Tatsuya points out a historical innacuracy in her novel and so she now makes him proof-read her writing. Sakuya appears to be a cool, refined girl but has a mischevious side and can occasionally show her true feelings towards Tatsuya.

She's a little cheeky but is a kind girl who has a tendency to give everyone nicknames. Iroha works part-time as a waitress at a local family restaurant and is also a very good cook. The one thing she struggles with is studying.
