After having been accepted into a university, Yuuki Higa arrived at the entrance of the boarding house where he'll be staying at. What awaited him there was an eerie, mysterious old-looking western-style building, a maid, and a voluptuous landlady. And so, filled with joy, Yuuki's new life together with his beautiful landlady and her maid has finally begun, and after being told that he doesn't need to pay any rent, though under only one special condition which requires him to help them out with some "light work", he goes to sleep. However, in the dead of night, he awakens to feel an odd sensation around his waist, when a truly stunning spectacle starts spreading out right before his eyes. All four of his limbs were tied to the corners of the bed, while the figure of the landlady is looking down at him wearing a lascivious smile and shaking her hips against his. Having never experienced such pleasure from that unbelievable scene before, Yuuki couldn't do anything but tremble in fear.
