After years of living in the city he and his little sister Chinami return to their hometown because of their mother's sudden death. He seemingly remembers a promise he once made with a girl before he moved away and now he wishes to meet her once again, if he can.

Likes: Tarot cards Dislikes: Making friends Isuzu is a first year at Hibari High and Chinami and You's neighbor. She spends most of her time doing "Star Divination" by using her Tarot cards which she always carries around with her. Isuzu is very antisocial and incredibly hard to please. She almost never approaches people and dislikes making friends even more. Initially, she tends to get annoyed when You and Chinami try to approach her, and often brushes them off with rude comments such as "You're annoying" and "Please jump off a bridge". However, she does warm up to them.

Likes: Kosame Dislikes: The stars The elder of the Hisakaki twins and a member of the student council. She tends to have a tsundere personality and hates being called by her first name because it sounds "cute". Komomo gets flustered and embarrassed very, very easily which makes her an easy target for Kosame to tease and flirt with in public. Whenever she gets annoyed or flustered she tends to kick people (in You's case) or break their possessions with her kicks (in Asuka and Okaizumi's case). In the beginning she tries to get the Astro Circle abolished, and wants You to join the student council. She often gets into arguments with Asuho due to this. She is a shrine maiden at the Seitengu, which worships a hoshigami (star god). For unknown reasons, Komomo can't stand the stars and dislikes the lookout.
