The main character, Ryuusuke Ootomo, begins a part-time job as a private tutor. However, his actual student, Azusa Ichinose, makes fun of Ryuusuke for going to an F-rank university, and his mother, Sakiko Ichinose, does not seem to like him much. "What the hell is wrong with them! They're making fun of me!" One day, one of his seniors hands him a certain item. "I'll lend you something nice." What he was handed by his senior was a copy of a remote control and receiver. When Ryuusuke asked what it was for, he explained that the frequency emitted from the remote control would sent to the receiver and place a specific individual in a hypnotic state. When he tried to use it on Azusa, the effect was extraordinary! She began to recognize him as her lover. Thus, using the remote control and receiver, he gradually begins to undermine the lives of the family where he works part-time.
