A mysterius person hired by rhe Choshu to attack the Shinsengumi. He likes new things and uses a gun.
Takeda Kanryuusai

Captain of the Shinsengumi's 5th Division.
His backgrounds in literature and military science give him the expertise to act as Kondou's consultant. The eventual arrival of Kashitaro Itou in the Shinsengumi threatens Takeda's position within the organization, driving him to leave.
