He's a marquis! He's quiet and reserved, he always smiles, and he has a gentlemanly attitude, so he's pretty popular among the nobles and the people of the Ministry of Magic. However, he gathers information from all over the world and uses it to make deals with people. You need to watch out for him, so make sure you don't show him any weaknesses!
