Pollon is a young man with a dream: to be a super cool hero that anyone and everyone can look up to. In pursuit of that goal, he founded the “Nakano Symphonies,” a tag-team duo that helps out those in need. The fact that their activities center around white-hat hacking isn’t ideal, but… someone’s gotta pay the bills. Pollon doesn’t excel at hacking, per se. But the insight he brings to the table—enabled by his innate ingenuity—and his dauntless personal demeanor allow him to infiltrate the locations he needs to get into; from there, getting his targets to dance to his tune and securing the information he’s looking for is a piece of cake.

Back when he was a student, Kaoru was quite the exceptional hacker, which landed him a position in the TMPD Cyber Security Control Division. His abilities were quickly recognized, leading to him being put in charge of the Office of Cyber Security Control at a relatively young age.
