Demonos hails originally from the island of Puerto Rico. He grew up a big, chunky demon living on a small farm not too far from a small village. Demonos grinned as he walked out of the recruitment office, a new life awaited him now in a new town. As he flipped through the manual of the town and facilities that the recruiter had given him, his eyes stopped on a page... Even more so, since he wasn't the oldest son in his family, even less pressure was put on him to succeed in the more noble orcish tracks. His clothes, his voice, his choice of words and manners... All betrayed any attempt on his part to act like an average orc. When he entered college, he naturally gravitated toward science, studying nature and natural resource management. After finishing college and graduate school, Durk set out looking for the right job. At first he had trouble finding a job due to his brutish appearance, but soon his intelligence and dedication to nature shined through, and he began working in natural resource management. He worked his way up through the ranks, but he was so dedicated to his cause that he never had time for a personal life. Sure, his family tried to set him up with arranged dates and prospective brides. Durk managed to rebuff all of them for one reason or another. Some were too arrogant, some were too selfish, and most cared not for being outside like he did. As he passed 40, the demands of his family to get married were growing louder and louder. Durk began desperately to search for an escape. Fortune smiled on him. He found an ad in a nature magazine for Meat Log Mountain. So far away from his home and the demands to settle down. He took a chance, and interviewed. His qualifications were as impeccable as his clothes, and he soon had the job. As Durk wandered around the town, shocked at the complete and total lack of women, he wondered: "Was this what he was searching for? Escape from all the demands back home? And how could such a well groomed, civilized orc survive around such burly, brutesque men in their natural habitat?" There are all questions that await to be answered... In Meat Log Mountain.
