Magician has always existed since ancient time. They never showed their true face to the public, but they are there bringing balance to the world and its history behind the shadow. However, with technology becoming more advanced and conflicts becoming more often, the magicians have no choice but to reveal themselves. It was shown that it was futile to oppose them, and magicians were viewed with disdain from the public. However, they showed that their power could bring fortune to people, and with a help from a certain incident, people began showing their support for them. Small areas for the magician to live was estabilished across the world. One of them is in Japan, and there stand a magic school called Arcadia 5. Currently, the gender ratio of magicians has reached 10000:1 with male magicians nearing extinction. Tomohiro is one such male magician, raised under close watch apart from the outside world. However one day, the chairwoman of Arcadia 5 sent him an invitation to attend the magic school. So, he decided to go with his imouto Minazuki in order to see the outside world. But he was the only boy at the school and curious eyes followed him whenever he went. Amidst this situation, he had two goals to achieve: to fall in love with someone and to become a great magician.
