Kiyotaka is a student of Kazami affiliated junior high class 2-1. He lives with Charles and next door to Himeno. He is the only male member of the "Official Newspaper Club" that Ricca created in order to oppose Suginami. Kiyotaka wished upon the Sakura Tree to live his daily life as it is. It's hinted that he was Ricca's husband although he can't remember his past-life memories.
