"Hey, Onii-chan. Let's make our dream come true, no matter what." With those words, my younger sister smiles happily beside me. Beneath a winter sky that stings the skin. Our breath comes out white, yet huddled close together, we're warm to the point of ticklishness. Today as well, we speak of tomorrow as if it were a continuation of yesterday, weaving our shared dream. It was a child's dream, almost like playing house. But for us, it was a dream more precious than anything else, irreplaceable. "A playwright brother and an actress sister. Right now we're still like fledglings, but someday we're going to create the most wonderful work in the world." Bound by such a dream, we grew up together. With that bond in our hearts, my younger sister and I walked this path together. And so. Before I knew it... the distant dream had drawn close enough that it was no longer just a dream. Before I knew it... I had fallen in love with my younger sister. A happy today that felt like a continuation of yesterday. A blissful tomorrow that felt like a continuation of today.
