The story takes place in the halls of Kisaragi Academy. Kunugi Hisataka, a newly appointed biology teacher, conducts research on insect ecology. However, his secret experiments are discovered by Kisaragi Kagome, the granddaughter of the school's principal. Fearing that she may expose his research, Kunugi decides to silence her by using his insects to violate her.
