You play the role of the unnamed protagonist, a former male stripper who aims to becomes the world's best mahjong player. A former mahjong champion sees potential in your play, and offers your choice of his three daughters. The sisters have their doubts, but nonetheless grant the chance to prove yourself in games of strip mahjong. Although he defeats each of them, our protagonist balks at the offer of marriage. Now that he's become friendly with the sisters, they continue to play against one another. While they know he is the strongest player they have ever seen, he still loses sometimes - perhaps even on purpose in order to show off more than just his gaming skills.

The sisters' aging father believes that the game of mahjong is a simile for life. To be a strong mahjong player is to be a person of incredible strength: physically, mentally, and emotionally. He believes that only an expert mahjong player is worthy of taking one of his daughter's hands in marriage, yet he's saddened by the fact that he's found only one such person thus far, although this player has not shown as much interest in marrying his daughters as he had hoped. Folowing his championship career, he established a large chain of mahjong gaming halls, but now several of those have reverted to independent ownership. What remains is to be gifted to his future son-in-law.

Ratted out by Sayuri, the party goes to the Health Center - an after-school club featuring table-tennis and other light workout activities - to locate the new mahjong club's operator. Because school has not been out long, no students are there yet, but one lady in a kimono is sitting at a table, drinking her life away. Reiko initially suggests that the leaflet was given out in the subway station several days ago, but then realizes the colors in the leaflet the party has are wrong - the first print job, form which their flyer is, was flawed and had to be redone. She had been told that the improperly printed flyers were to be destroyed and concludes that the friend she got them from must have given some of the flyers to someone else. She refuses to divulge the name of her friend unless one of the party can beat her in a game of strip mahjong.

Although Etsuko tells the party where to find the girl to whom she gave the misprinted flyers, the party must trespass into the ARSTV station to find her. They sneak into a changing room and discover a young lady who divulges that she is the woman they seek - Fukiko Tanonaka. Kirara Hoshino is merely her stage name. However, she says she doesn't know anything about the leaflets and doesn't even play mahjong. Believing Etsuko's words were true and Kirara is merely avoiding the issue, the protagonist wonders aloud what society would think of an idol whose secret hobby is to play games of strip mahjong. Kirara's dream flashing before her eyes, she bargains with the protagonist that if she's beaten in a match, she'll tell them what they need to know about the leaflets if they'll promise not to reveal her secret.

The middle sister, Miyabi is perhaps best known for her oversized gold earrings. Despite her propensity to wear less clothing than her sisters, she's actually more embaressed to strip than either of her siblings. As such, she often wears extra accessories when playing strip mahjong. Miyabi tends to gloat when she wins. She's seeking a husband who will provide her with a life of luxury. After Rumi's kidnapping, Miyabi is the most willing of the group to take risks, such as trespassing, thus offsetting the more restrictive influence of her older sister, Yumika. In the end, this trait pays off more often than not.

Although it is very crowed in the dance hall, Yumika sees a woman matching Natsuki's description dancing up on the stage. The protagonist gets her attention but can't make out what she's saying over the loud music. Realizing this, she leads the protagonist back to the VIP room where she confirms that she is in fact the Natsuki he seeks. She forces the protagonist into a strip mahjong match, but once beaten she reveals more details about the misprinted leaflet, specifically where they were printed and the fact that the owner drove a foreign, red sports car.

Killing two birds with one stone, the party hauls Reiko off to the hospital, where they are fortunate that Etsuko is on duty. It's the night shift by this time, so she can spare a few minutes to answer questions. She confirms that she gave the first, flawed printing of leaflets to her friend Fukiko, but is tight-lipped about what Fukiko's last name is or where she can be found until bested in a strip mahjong game.

She is eager to learn though and vows to someday best them both as well as the protagonist. She wishes for a husband who will let her go shopping anytime she wants, but she knows she's not quite old enough for marriage yet, despite her father's opinion. She is kidnapped in a plot to undermine her family's near monopoly on mahjong gaming halls. But once she discovers who her captor is, she agrees to play along.

She hurries to Rumi's home, where she divulges the details of the crime to a stunned protagonist, Miyabi and Yumika. As the only witness to the crime, she gives the party their initial clues: a flyer announcing the opening of a new mahjong gaming hall that blew out the window of a red sports car, obviously foreign as the driver was seated on the left. She is sorry that she could not read the license plate number, without which the party has little else to start with but the advertisement.

The only occupant they find is a young boy, who immediately challenges the protagonist to a game. When the protagonist puts him in his place, Tommy offers to strip as his punishment - despite our hero's explanation that it wasn't that kind of match. Before the boy can continue, his mother Aki appears and puts a quick stop to it.
