High school freshman Izumi Hayato's hopes of becoming class president are dashed after losing to Wakana Ui, a beautiful girl who promises to lift all restrictions on campus romance. After the student council meeting, Ui arrives at Hayato's home and announces that she will become his wife due to an agreement that their parents made during their childhood.
